Do you want a meaningful celebration from the vows to the location? Our names are Megan and Kristen, and we are two best friends based in San Diego who own and run In the Wild Elopements. We offer a personalized ceremony by Megan (officiant) and gorgeous photography to document your special day (Kristen). Maybe you fell in love in a park, or on a boat, or you have always dreamt of a wedding out in the wild. In The Wild Elopements believes you can focus on the celebration of your marriage without compromising the intimacy and personal touch you have always wanted. Kristen and Megan will take care of the details! See below for what we offer.

Hi, Everyone! I am Megan and I love to hear stories, especially love stories. I am a romantic at heart and am honored to have officiated many weddings and elopements. I am an inquisitive soul by nature which always leads me to meet people and ask questions wherever I go. As a world traveler, this characteristic has led me to see the unique beauty in every person, every culture and every love story. I will spend time talking to you both individually and as a couple before the big day and bring a personalized ceremony to your celebration. I have officiated ceremonies in both English and Spanish "In the Wild"... from surfboards in the Pacific Ocean, to the beautiful San Diego Balboa Park to a truly magical Laguna in Nicaragua. I can’t wait to help make your day just as unique and memorable.

Hi, I'm Kristen! I have been photographing elopements and weddings (three continents and counting) since 2012. There's nothing cooler than being trusted with the honor to document your love. Elopements are a personal fave because they are so intimate and focus on what's really important....you! On your day, I will document the last stages of you getting ready, your ceremony, family formals (if any fam is present) and most importantly... lots of you two.
